avacado in baked goods?

Anyone use avacado in cookies or muffins? I have seen several recipes and wondering if it gross or not even saw where you use it as frosting?

Never heard of the frosting, but my MFP friends use avocado in cooking all the time. I've never done it, but as far as I know, it works just fine.

Avocado is great in baked goods. The frosting is good also. If you like them try it, you will be surprised!

I've been making these chocolate mini muffins with black beans and avocado (plus, of course, cacao, etc). You really cannot tell it's made with avocado instead of oil. I'm a fan!
