Why do people eat back their exercise calories?
I've never understood this, I've always worked out to burn calories in order to loose weigh.. It seems so obvious not to eat them back - what was the point in the first place? I'm assuming it's so people can eat more food? Can someone shed some light on this, thanks!

we are all here to loose weight and most of us out counting calories right? I just wanted to see how many of us has completely reformed our diet and how many of us still eat what we want as long as it's in like with our calorie count - and how this has affected your weightloss.

Steps calorie adjustment?
is this accurate and do people actually use it? I've just turned it on and by its calculation adding more calories for me to eat. Wondering if it's accurate to go by and actually eat those exercise calories... Or if it's easier to just turn it off and not mind it?

BMR conflicting with daily allowance?
