Totally discouraged
I don't understand. I am sticking to my low carb diet. No cheating. I am exercising. But since I started, over three weeks ago, I have only lost 4 lbs. What am I doing wrong?

Exercise calories
Does anyone here compensate for the calories they burn up while exercising? I just can't eat as many calories as I use to work out. It's too much food. It is added into the total I need for the day and results in too much of a deficit. What do others do about this?

Snacking
I am eating healthy...low carbs, high protein, and trying to take off another 12 lbs. My problem is snacking. I am eating healthy snacks...fruit, almonds...but can't seem to stop. I am not hungry, I just feel like eating. What can I do to stop this before it starts to effect my weight loss?

Lousy eater
My doctor has me on a low carb diet. I don't eat most veggies and don't like Greek yogurt. With the things that I like and can eat on the diet, I'm only logging in between 700 - 850 calories on here. I know I'm not eating enough but don't know what else to eat given my terrible eating habits. Help please?

How to?
I can't figure out how to put my workouts on here. I do circuit training with intervals between the circuits, which burns a lot of calories. I can check off which exercises I do, but it doesn't add the calories I've burned. I also can't figure out how to put my intervals on. I walk/run on the treadmill. Thanks!

Fat old person!
I've been on here quite a while ago. I did great, but was not eating very much. Unhealthy. I've gone from 115 to 130. I am 68 and 5' tall.
