I can't figure out how to put my workouts on here. I do circuit training with intervals between the circuits, which burns a lot of calories. I can check off which exercises I do, but it doesn't add the calories I've burned. I also can't figure out how to put my intervals on. I walk/run on the treadmill.

You need to log them under Cardio instead of strength.0
