Under desk bike
What should this fall under in exercising? I put it under bike general light but I am not sure if that's the best category. It was a lm easy pace not like fast or vigorous or anything.

Increase fiber intake without increasing carbs?
So I'm not. Getting enough fiber and I know it, sometimes painfully.. I need to know how to increase my fiber levels without increasing my carbs. I've looked at fiber supplements and they have a few carbs if not more in them. Any other way?

Calorie help
Okay so to start I want to say this, I know is cico but if I burn 2728 calories between exercise and at rest and I'm only getting 1000-1200 does that mean I am averaging 1500 calorie deficit?

I been eyeballing the slim fast powder at Walmart because my wife works there and will get a discount soon. To be specific the slimfast™ original shake mix powder French vinalla. Does it actually help like everyone makes it out to be?

Is Samsung health step counter accurate?
I have o use Samsung health for now until the fitbit charge 3 hr comes out. I have an advance order with QVC but anyways. I keep the phone in my pocket while walking and it's not to loose or tight against me. How accurate would it be? I was told before it's fairly accurate.

Lots of weight lost fast and now extra skin galore.
I'm wonder what I can do to help this.. 2 years ago I lost over half my body weight and did It in a year, now I have a lot of extra skin and it looks gross. I was told before I'll probably need a tummy tuck, without seeing my stomach, how true is it?

So.. I been doing this now for more then 5 days, but for the last 5 I been logging my food and stuff. Can someone help me understand this information?
