Swimming Olympic Trials for US start today
Not sure how many people are interested, but thought I would put a reminder out there in case. June 26th through July 3rd in Omaha, Nebraska. Not sure what tv stations will be showing it, but I have no doubt the finals will be somewhere.

Eating in the am before working out?
I am moving my workout earlier and earlier, and wondering how people feel about eating prior to working out. I grew up with the myth of not swimming until at least 2 hours after a meal, and I know it is not true...but would appreciate other people's thoughts.

So I added swimming (4/week for 30 minutes) to start and the scale is being snarky, not showing any weight loss. I am careful on logging and measuring my food.
