    Fish oils, specifically, contain some of your daily fat intake. If you do not account for these in your daily log, you results for that day may be misleading.

    Yep. I have them saved as a recipe so I can add them all at once and change them easily when needed.

    Yes. Calories aren't my biggest focus; rather, it's just that I really like to check my reports here on MFP to see how the vitamins and stuff have contributed to successfully hitting nutrition requirements.

    Go into Food/Settings then scroll down to your meals. You can add in your vitamins there as a 'meal'. I call mine vitamins, I have seen supplements on other people's diaries.

    This never even occurred to me. It almost feels a little obsessive like those folks who weigh their bowel movements.

    I guess I can see it as helpful if you're closely tracking nutrients though.
