I'm starting week 8 of SL on Monday... had a trainer measure the circumference of my thigh this morning and it has gone down 2 inches. Does this sound normal? What are your "go to" healthy desserts?
I have the world's biggest sweet tooth and I'm wondering what some of your favorite healthy desserts are. I just tried out the protein "fluff" that people have posted about here.... and it was PHENOMENAL! Added a tablespoon of powdered peanut butter, too. Any feedback is much appreciated :)

Pretty new at this macro counting thing. My trainer wants me to have 10-20 grams of protein / 10g of fat immediately following a 60 minute cardio session in the morning. Does anyone have recommendations that might fill these macros?
