What are your "go to" healthy desserts?

I have the world's biggest sweet tooth and I'm wondering what some of your favorite healthy desserts are.

I just tried out the protein "fluff" that people have posted about here.... and it was PHENOMENAL! Added a tablespoon of powdered peanut butter, too.

Any feedback is much appreciated :)

    Do you recommend a brand? I think I've heard that Breyer's is all natural, so that's better macro wise.

    "All natural" doesn't affect the macros. The ingredients do, natural or not.

    I want to try protein fluff it sounds right up my alley :) I am really hot on Halo Top Ice Cream right now. My kids like breyer's mint chip and a 1/2 cup portion just doesn't work for me.

    I'm not big on dessert, unless it's TOM, but if I'm going to, it will usually be icecream <3

    Whatever I feel like eating that fits into my calorie goal and doesn't completely mess with my macros. This includes chocolate, cookies, cake, nuts, ice cream or any of my other favorites.

    Life's too short to cut out what makes you happy. I've learned to moderate my intakes and while it was a hard lesson, it was definitely worth it. I'm sure I'll need to take refresher courses from time to time but I'm okay with it.

    This week, I bought a pumpkin pie, scooped the filling out into 1/2 cup containers, and threw out the crust.

    If I could just buy the filling pre-made, I would. It is still hot here, so there is no way I am turning on the oven to make my own!

    I try to stick to fruits for dessert if i have anything else i always end up eating more than i should.

    I also occasionally have natural fruit popsicles. About 60 calories per popsicle and satisfies sweet tooth.

    I love my sweet stuff but I find it much easier to skip it altogether than replace with something that's just not as bad for you but doesn't satisfy you for long or have much nutritional benefit

    I used 1/2 scoop whey
    1/2 cup of skim milk (it called for whole milk, though)
    1/4 tsp of xantham gum (I think the more you use, the more "fluffier" it'll be. I stuck with the 1/4 tsp and mine wasn't really all that fluffy)
    1 cup of mixed berries

    I didn't find mine to be all that sweet, so I added 2 packets of Stevia and 1 TBSP of PB2!

    Absolutely delish and the macros were 185 calories/2 grams fat/20 grams carbs/18 grams protein

    Yasso frozen yogurt bars. 100 calories per bar (the bars aren't tiny either) and positively delicious. No flavor sacrificed for calories.

    I buy frozen slices apples and I nuke them and then add some extra low fat cool whip, pumpkin pie spice on top. I like the frozen because they're more economical and you don't have to cook them to be mushy ($3.00 for a bag at wal-mart).;

    Klondike is my favorite desert but if I need more volume, I do 150g of grapes, 150 grams of berries or a banana and top with cool whip.

    your post reminded me about grapes.. try frozen grapes they taste soo good.

    Melt a tablespoon of choc chips with a tablespoon of peanut butter and mix it with 100g non fat greek yogurt. So delicious!
