Accuracy of MyZone calories expenditure?
Hi, So after every workout MyZone emails you what your calorie expenditure is. I know you shouldn't eat back all of your calories anyway, but i just wondered if anyone knew how accurate it was?? And if it's not accurate, why isn't it accurate? Thanks in advance :smiley:

Can't concentrate on my current job because i want a new job!!
Just can't get anything done as i can't wait to move on!!! I just want more. But my job is local but I'm just not growing or learning and there's no-one aspirational in the company. Just feel its time o go. Been there 18months. Just can't wait to get out of there.

Silly question about weighing chicken drumsticks!
So i bought a pack of chicken drumsticks to marinate, anyway, i weighed three out and it was 294g in total. So i put that into my fitness pal. Anyway, obviously in a chicken drumstick is the bone which you don't eat, but that is part of the weight and therefore part of the calories. SO I'm technically not eating every…

Circuit ideas
I like to do 3 different exercises i.e. 15 burps, 15 squat jumps and 15 jumping lunges and repeat three times etc etc. Does anyone know a good resource where i can ideas for different circuits? Would idk mix of arms legs and abs etc. Feel like i need new ideas.. Thanks all.

Motivation to leave the house and workout when it's cold?? I go on holiday in May, you think that would be motivation enough to lose the 18 pounds i want to lose but nope... Cutting out dairy. Anyone else done it?
Ive decided to cut out dairy as a new year's resolution. It makes me bloated, my skin goes crazy and i don't think i eat anything healthy which has dairy in it anyway so can only see it as a plus at moment. I don't mind soy/almond milk but only have it in tea and am trying to cut out the caffeine too so that's a gonner.…

I am back on the exercise and calorie counting bandwagon tomorrow. Haven't logged in a while and can feel myself slowly drifting back into bad habits like not weighing stuff and drinking wine! ... am getting my gym kit all ready for my early morning workout. Can't wait to get back to it! Anyone else starting again tomorrow

Coffee! How much is too much?
I really love my coffee! But how much is to much? 4 cups a day ok? Has anyone had a caffeine detox? Or do you not even need it? I would like natural energy eventually! ha.

Breakfast or no breakfast?
Does everyone eat breakfast?? I usually do eat breakfast but i think id rather eat a bigger lunch and dinner nearer to when I'm going to the gym so i have the energy rather than spread my calories thinly throughout the day. When's your favourite time to work out? As soon as the doors open or in the middle of the night? I still can't workout when i will stick to a schedule. Im thinking before wok will mean i go enough!

Anyone else good in the week and rubbish at the weekend?
I find that it is so much easier to stick to calorie intake and go to the gym in the working week when i have a bit more structure in the working day At the weekend it all falls to pieces and i give in to temptation. Anyone else the same? What did u do to combat it?

'Healthy' sweet treats??
Trying to find ideas for some sweet treats that aren't as terrible as say a huge donut... just something to satisfy the craving.. i like dark chocolate - but feel like something cookie based. Help!
