Cutting out dairy. Anyone else done it?

Ive decided to cut out dairy as a new year's resolution. It makes me bloated, my skin goes crazy and i don't think i eat anything healthy which has dairy in it anyway so can only see it as a plus at moment. I don't mind soy/almond milk but only have it in tea and am trying to cut out the caffeine too so that's a gonner.

Anyone else cut it out and felt/look better?

I can't think it's hidden in anything.

    If you decide to cut out diary then it would be an idea to track your calcium to ensure you get enough on a daily basis.

    Lots of people cut it out, including vegans and those who are lactose intolerant. My body responds well to dairy, so I haven't.
