RP strength
A gym in my neighborhood is doing a weight loss challenge using a program by a company called RP strength. I started following them on fb and Instagram and it sounds amazing. Was just wondering if anyone on here is on it OR anyone who has a lot of weight to lose and is on it. If so what do u think?

Biggest loser curse
I wake up today and scale hasn't moved and of course wanted to reach a certain number on the scale by tomorrow. I sit here with the "screw it" attitude but at the same time I'm telling myself that over a month I've lost some weight at a healthy pace(about 2lbs a week) with a cheat meal her and there. So I blame those shows…

Cheat meal.
Been going good for two weeks, even giving myself a "free day", but yesterday and today I'm just craving a fast food meal. I'm thinking about just saying "fudge it" to get it out of my head for lunch and back on track for dinner. #venting

2016 is my year.
Even though I started on/off this journey since November, I feel this is "my year to make things happen".
