A gym in my neighborhood is doing a weight loss challenge using a program by a company called RP strength. I started following them on fb and Instagram and it sounds amazing. Was just wondering if anyone on here is on it OR anyone who has a lot of weight to lose and is on it. If so what do u think?

Do the workouts. Count your calories. If they are overly long eat back 25-50% exercise calories if you are already running a 2# deficit. You lose weight through diet. Exercise only helps raise calories out, so you can still over eat. Same as anything else.

Just started this today actually. My first impression is that it feels like a lot of food. A food scale and meal prep seems to be mandatory - I really dont know how I would get around those two fact. It looks like I will be consuming a lot of food on training days (6-ish meals/shakes) and certainly less on off days(4 meals).
