I was curious about Eat to Perform, too, after seeing their ads on Facebook. I think it's an "if it fits your macros" thing, geared toward strength training.

I don't really know anything about their website, but the overall concept is focused on encouraging people to eat enough calories to fuel workouts and if you are somewhat close to goal on recomping at a moderate deficit vs. eating at a significant deficit. They also have you eat more carbs on workout days and fewer calories and carbs on non workout days and there's some stuff about pre and post workout meals. I've heard positive things about it from people who have been struggling with getting themselves to increase their calories or be more flexible about eating choices.

I'm also interested in this process. I hit the wall with my weight loss a couple months ago using the eat less/move more strategy. So the holidays were sort of a diet break and, due to a car wreck in November, an exercise break as well. Now I'm feeling able to start back to exercise. I'm thinking about logging my meals at maintenence for awhile and adding exercise to see if I am experiencing some real gains. My main goals are to get stronger and leaner. Losing weight is not really what this is about for me.
