Ive been going the gym since july 2015 ive not gained much size but ive gained abit of muscle definition and im a bad fussy eater so im not eating the right foods is there anyway around this, My main goal is achieving 6 pack abs

ive been goin the gym 4 days a week for a year now and only put on a little bit of size and my muscles are slightly defined i cant seem to get any bigger

im a fussy eater so dont eat very well mon - i do chest tues - back wednesday - shoulders thurs - legs i can go the gym 7 days a week just dont know wa i should do also have a swimming pool in the gym, ive been training for nearly a year and ive not put on much size as im a skinny build and cant put on weight

Pickey eater!
at the moment i barely eat nothing i basically only have potato waffles and baked beans for tea or chips peas and hamtoastie.. is there any supplements i could buy i cant eat chicken or nothing like that
