    You have a target weight and timeframe? Have you got your diet in check?

    If naturally skinny hardgainer you'll need to up your calories quite a bit (the right way, no junk). Training is only a piece of the puzzle.

    im 11 stone now but cant put on no size or weight and all me fat goes to me lower belly n no where else

    i train 4 days a week and lookin to change me plan
