need help with a training plan

im a fussy eater so dont eat very well

mon - i do chest
tues - back
wednesday - shoulders
thurs - legs

i can go the gym 7 days a week just dont know wa i should do
also have a swimming pool in the gym,
ive been training for nearly a year and ive not put on much size as im a skinny build and cant put on weight
