need a diet plan to fit in with work

i work from 7 in the morning till 5 at night just need to know wa to take to work and have for tea and supper on a night

    When you use MFP you can eat anything you want if it stays within your calorie limits. You can plan ahead for what you could eat the night before and take what you need each morning. I found I was taking a lot of the same items so I now take my things in bulk and I know they are already there each day.
