Recovering from Stomach Bug
After 5 days of pretty much not eating, I need to get back to my meal plan and exercise. Finding this difficult. I'm afraid to eat anything other than bread and crackers. My diet calls for high protein and lots of working out. Advice?

Work Conferences
I started a new meal plan on Monday. I feel great about it so far. I have work conferences coming up this weekend and I am worried. There is tons of food around, mostly bad for you. No way to measure anything. Any advice??

Hi, i see this group hasn't been used much, but thought I would try. I love crossfit, love lifting, and i am trying to lose weight. I wonder how to set a good goal weight knowing that my body type isn't typical. Any advice?

Well, I am at work now, and STILL shaking from that workout. I did scaled and got 20:03. Not thrilled, but ok. And I know I got a damn good workout. I'm just so slow at burpees. Always have been.

Thighs
I love lifting, squatting and working out. I'm starting to lose weight, which is great, but now pants fit very funny. My thighs are too big! Any other ladies have this problem?

Married to a Thin person
What do you do when your spouse is thin? My husband tried to be supportive, but last night I found myself in old habits, snacking in front of the TV with him. Overall our meals have been healthier (I do most of the cooking and planning) but snacking is a big problem. Advice?

Sync Issues
My app and my computer don't seem to be linking. I put my food in on my computer and it doesn't show up in the app. And my fitbit isn't syncing, but that is a whole other issue.

Today I woke up feeling awful. Needless to say, I didn't go to the gym. Now I find I want to eat everything in the house. How do you all keep on track when you are sick?

Birthday and Superbowl
Any advice on how not to overeat? My birthday is Friday and the Superbowl is Sunday, and I can just feel triggers, fried food and cake. Any advice?
