I am in a similar situation. I have about 20 lbs left to lose. My problem lately is that I am very low energy. I do workout a lot, 4-5 days a week, fairly intense. But I feel like I could sleep all day. I hate getting out of bed.

I totally understand you. I feel like having such a cheat day, but I know that only hurts my long term goals. What do you do when you just feel like eating everything?!

No matter what the scale shows, don't you just feel better being off processed sugar? Are you getting enough protein for your increased exercise?

It went so well. They had hardboiled eggs for breakfast, that with some fruit and a touch of granola. Then for lunch I had salad and took the meat off the sandwich and ate that. Somehow I skipped all the yummy snacks. Overall very happy.

Good ideas. I can easily bring an RX bar. I love Muffin=Cake. It's true. I bet there will be salad for lunch. The old me would have gone for the starch. But I don't want to throw away my work on sub par potatoes.

I have to be there at 7am tomorrow. There are going to be so many pastries. I don't even like them that much, but it's going to be a long day.

This was my first time doing RX. I went in to the gym with scaled in mind, but was convinced to do RX. Got 129. Not thrilled. If I had a 10 lb wall ball I know I would have done much better. Thoughts on this? Which would have been a better option? (because I waited until monday to do it, I can't do it over).

I got 82 scaled. My coach was trying to convince me to do RX, but I have no chance at MU.

This is a huge issue for me too. I live in Colorado where breweries are on every corner. Also, my husband wants me to drink, which is so hard. He can't understand that I might choose food over beer.

I had a great time doing 16.2 scaled. I failed on the 115 clean, but made it all the way to that last round. So my score was 339 scaled.

I actually don't know where to set my goal weight. I am 5'0. I have a muscular build and like to weight lift.

I got 170 scaled. I wonder if I could have done better, but overall very happy. Because of work I can never make the Friday Night Lights at my box which is sort of sad.

I have a huge phobia of donating blood. I did once successfully and the other time I tried they couldn't get a vein. Hoping this forum will motivate me!

I do both all the time. I love rowing in intervals TABATA style, 40 second work, 20 second rest. High intensity. And I often do a short row before lifting
