I want to get protine shakes for when I hit the gym. I have a hard time with my protine intake so I was wondering if any of you know any good brands I can get.

I have a great shake I mix myself here is my recipe and you can adjust accordingly. I call it Morning Shake up. This will keep you going for a few hours or more.
1 scoop (29.4g), Standard Whey (I use Optimum nutrition gold standard Vanilla)
    1 tsp(s), Chia Seed
    1 serving, Bananas, raw
0.50 cup, light Coconut Soy Milk (I also add water but you can increase the milk instead to 1 cup)
0.50 tsp(s), Honey (I use Manuka for added health)
1 tbl spoon, Raw Mixed nuts
1 tbl spoon, Baobab powder (the best thing you can put into your body)
    5 , Walnuts, Unsalted Raw
    1 tbsp(s), Dried Cranberries

    Its nutrition facts are............
    calories 439
    Total Fat 13 g 20 %

I like the portability of Atkins shakes. They fit nicely in my car's cup holder so I drink some on my way to the gym. My fave is the Vanilla. It's got 9 grams of protein and I think it tastes pretty good.

If you put optimum nutrition chocolate in milk, it’s basically just like chocolate milk. I haven’t tried many but I will say don’t get Aldi’s protein powder. It’s disgusting.

I don't buy premade protein shakes often, but when I do, I like Core Power. Good macros, decent taste, and pronouncable ingredients.
