The May Melt Challenge (lose 10 lbs with 30 Days of good choices)

It's the last full month before school is out. It doesn't matter where in life you are, this includes you. You will be done with your spring semester. Your kids will be done with school. Your grand children will be coming to visit. Maybe you have a wedding or some amazing beach vacation to look forward to. This is your last push before the summer.

Each of us have separate goals as we are each individually unique but we can come together to support one another for the May Melt. If you want to lose ten pounds before the summer months begin then join us in the pursuit. Anyone is welcome. Maybe you want to lose more that's great. All we need is one another's support.

Starting May 1st I will post 3 exercises (Easy, Medium and Hard). You choose which one you wish to do, or you can even do them all. This is not meant to be your whole day. This is simply meant to be a motivation. This is to maybe give you that push you need to keep going.

In the meantime feel free to add me and whoever in here that wants some friends to help each other along the way. Lets melt away the pounds together this May!
