Core exercise?
I've lost almost 40 lbs. I've been keeping up with my running and workouts, but can't seem to get my core strong. Is it too late for me? I've had 4 pregnancies and I'm pushing 50.

Lost 30
Stress I'm my previous job caused me to gained so much weight. Especially around my waist. I started eating healthier with intermittent fasting and lost 30 lbs. I them decided to joined Beachbody and began to tone up. I'm back with FitnessPal because I know this is the only way I can maintain my weight!
