First Workout Done!

    Keep it up!! And think about building a habit rather than counting on motivation. Motivation works at first, but when it wears off or doesn't show up for the day, that's when you can count on habits :) I tell myself, "It's what I do" and then do it. Even when I'm not motivated. You're off to a good start!

    I alway read your posts and I was wondering if, instead of doing a lot of single posts, you would consider just having one post and putting all your updates in it. (Kind of like a dairy)
    It would be so much easier for us reading the posts to keep track.
