    Way to go!

When I was in my 20s and 30s I had active jobs. It was desk jobs later in life that made weight control more difficult, not the extra years.

I like to be active, but do need to work on making sure that happens, which was a non-issue back when I was a machine operator running around a machine all night or a full time yoga teacher who also walked a lot as part of everyday life.

I have a desk job now. I wake up a couple of hours later to workout and run. I am more conscious of what I put in my body. I have lost over 30 lbs and have been able to keep them of for over a year.

You've done great and look great what an inspiration, so you get up a couple hours early before work and workout? I've lost 50 lbs myself but I have 28 lbs to reach my final goal, working on continuing to stay inspired.

    Keep up the great ๐Ÿ’ช
