Calorie deficit has me feeling drained
I've been eating at a calorie deficit for 2 and a half weeks now. I hit the gym 4-5 days a week, I'm a college student and have a job that I'm always on my feet. I can feel my body getting tired. For weight loss, running my guts off, or heavy lifting. Honestly, I know a combination of both is great and I will always lift. However, from your knowledge and experiences, does moderate-intense cardio just do a better job in terms of weight loss?

How come the app doesn't show calories you burn with weight lifting? Am I inputting something wrong?

Beginner here! I am doing excellent in the gym, I lift heavy and do some cardio 5 days a week. Of course diet gets me. Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone could shed light on the true importance of water consumption. Is it really a driving force in losing weight? If so, how?
