So on my nutrition data I see fat, is my recommended limit something I should try to meet? Or is it something to stay below and away from?

Also, can anyone tell me why I feel bloated when I eat peas? I always get bloated after I eat them?!0

I would guess because peas are like beans and they may cause gas? As for fat try to stay under the limit and have it be good fats like nuts seeds and olive oil0

Fat is a minimum macro
So you should at least hit 0.35g fat per lb bodyweight0 -

Soluble fibre content0 -
I get my good fats in by using a bit of olive oil when I saute' veggies. Also nuts have fat, and give me energy so kill two birds with one stone. Well not really a stone, more like a walnut. :-)0

Oily fish like salmon and mackerel are more good fat sources and Greek yoghurt0
