Zero calorie vegetables
Hi. I'm a little confused about zero calorie vegetables and I apologise for my ignorance here but a lot of experts say that you can eat all you want, which is great. The only thing is that when I enter them into my diary my carbs go through the roof. Any advice?

What are the excuses you've made to not get back in shape?
I think I have come up with a million excuses over the years which contributed to my self sabotage. Number one: I DON'T HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE. ... Nnumber two: PLANNING & PREPPING MEALS IS TOO MUCH WORK What are your excuses and how have you overcome them?

Does anybody else watch weight loss shows for motivation?
I am obsessed with weight loss shows!!! I have watched all 17 seasons of the biggest lose US, On my 3rd season of the Australian version, watching my 600lb life and extreme weight loss. ALL WHILE I'M CYCLING OR WALKING ON THE TREADMILL. I guess I've put in quite a few miles!!!! They always give me the motivation I need.…

Mental hunger vs physical hunger
When I'm motivated to get back on track I ask myself whether I am physically hungry or mentally hungry. Over eating or eating the wrong things is always the result of the latter. Today, however, I experienced some serious physical hunger. After having a substantial breakfast. So I just wonder why?

Weighing in tomorrow after week 1
I've bee really good all week. Hardest part was giving up the wine and cocktails but I did it. Anxious to see if the scale will reflect my sacrifices. Fingers crossed.
