I just recently updated to the new fitbit charge 2 and the two apps will not sync together. Any tips or ideas on how to fix this problem?

Cereal for a snack
I usually have a small bowl of cereal before going to bed as a snack. I usually choose something low in sugar, like cheerios or something else of that nature. Is that healthy to have?

When is it too late to excersise for the day?
There are times where I will be busy all day (between classes and work) and do not have time to work out until late at night. Should I count the calories burned for that day, even if they were burned after midnight? For example: burn 300 calories at 1 in the morning.

How to control late night snacking in college
I usually am pretty good about not eating past about 9:00 at night, but recently I have noticed myself wanting to snack later at night as I am doing homework or just relaxing in my room. I realize this is most likely because i get bored, but how do I control these cravings? Any tips?

Scale placement
Hey guys, so I live in a college dorm and I'm wondering where the best place to put my scale would be. I have carpeted floors. Is it okay to check my weight on carpet? Will that effect the number? Thanks!
