Hi guys,
So I just recently just broke my foot due to twisting and falling on it the wrong during soccer practice. Does anyone have any tips as in how to stay active while being injured?

There are a lot of things you can still do in the gym. Also those knee scooters look fun.0

While I was in a knee brace for 6 months, I:
Went lap swimming. Take adult stroke lessons if you haven't done it much.
Went river kayaking via a rental org that helped me in and out of the kayak from a dock. It was easy kayaking on a slow-moving river, still great exercise.
Did upper body and core at the gym. Nothing like using crutches between machines!1
