I noticed my nutrition chart on this App by lunch time completes all my nutrition requirements... like Carbs are 50% and by dinner I always cross same as fat and protein but I still stay way under my 1200 calorie count... What is it and what to do?

Quick question about Activity level.
MFP asks about the activity level. Whatever I chose it changes my calorie count of course. I am a house wife and mom of 11months so practically I'm on my foot most of the day.
