I can never reach my protein requirements as per MFP nutrient chart. Whatever I try to eat as protein I always lack ... what to do and is protein that important? And I always exceed in vitamin A like more than 300% according to MFP ... is it dangerous? Carbohydrates shoot mostly and rest stay under the numbers like vitamin C. Calcium etc
How to improve diet to reach the perfect balance? Any advices?

Protein is very important, it helps you to build/retain muscle and is a huge energy source. Lean proteins are: eggs, shrimp, chicken breast, and fish. Some cheap options are liquid egg whites and tilapi/ salmon filets.

You can check into protein supplements such as whey if you're just finding it hard to hit your macro goal. These go good with milk as a smoothie

Do you eat a lot of carrots or other orange vegetables? Eat more dark green vegetables instead. Also check if the nutrition is recorded correctly for your frequent entries. Those are my ideas for too high Vitamin A.

It is easier to reach a protein goal if you include protein in every meal. Many people include eggs in their breakfast. Eggs or Greek Yogurt.

Your heart is a muscular organ. It needs protein.
