I noticed my nutrition chart on this App by lunch time completes all my nutrition requirements... like Carbs are 50% and by dinner I always cross same as fat and protein but I still stay way under my 1200 calorie count... What is it and what to do?

The pie chart will show the macro ratio of food you've already eaten for the day, and will always equal 100%. If you ate a lean meat, it would be 100% protein, for example.
Pay attention to the gram goal of your macros instead of the chart.1
