Scale is stuck
I’ve only lost 17 pounds and I’ve been logging for 92 days I think. Was eating 1380 calories pretty much the entire time. I haven’t lost for a few weeks but I’ve gained maybe a pound. Antibiotics and weight gain?
Has anybody ever gained a few pounds while being sick and taking antibiotics? I have a sinus infection and I’m on day 3 of antibiotics as well as many doses of Sudafed, cough drops, and Mucinex. My appetite hasn’t been the best.
