I’ve struggled with weight for so many years. I just turned 29 in April. I’ve done WW and MFP many times and had great results but never kept it off. Last week I finally had a breakdown looking at myself in the mirror and hating how fat I looked. I hated how I felt in my clothes that didn’t fit. I hated being the person wearing long sleeve loose fitting clothes during the summer months and sweating like crazy. I’ve been telling myself I need to lose weight for over a year but it just always felt overwhelming. Anyways, I’m on day 3 of eating good and exercising every night. I’ve been staying within my calories and actually still having some left. I’m finally doing it and it feels good. Add me if you want to chat! Would be good to have support.
