Awesome! Thanks for the help!

My protein goal is 65 grams (that’s what MFP gave me) I’m currently 10 pounds down (180 lbs)

Thank you guys so much. I really appreciate all the input and support. ❤️ I will definitely take each and every suggestion.

Thanks everyone <3

No way I ate that much

I’m due to get it any day now... hoping that’s all it is.

Well, I’ve been hovering around 173/174 for a few weeks. Yes, before when I was losing I was logging accurately and consistently. I was weighing things like meat, quinoa, and other things. If it was like a granola bar no but everything I could weigh I was. I definitely lost all my weight on 1,200 calories within 3/4 months…

Someone please help. Either my scale is broken or I’m messing up bad. I weighed myself this morning and I’m up! Wtf😢

28 5’ 5” desk job with a good amount of steps during the day. Starting weight in Jan/ feb was 185. I’m at 173 now and I’ve actually gained. I got down to 170.

Thank you! This is helpful

And I’ve used about every calculator on the web and every calculator is saying a different amount of calories

Like 4 months

Ok so, I’ve lost about 13 pounds so far on MFP. I’ve hit a plateau. I decided to enter my ultimate goal weight at 1 pound per week with little activity and this is what MFP generated. I was eating 1,200 when I lost the 13 pounds. Yes, I use a food scale for everything I can
-
I’m going to try but I doubt it ☹️
-
Well, I was doing so well for a while and I lost about 15 pounds then it just stopped. I guess I’ve hit a plateau and I’m getting discouraged. I need to lose about 10 more pounds. I’ve tired adjusting my goals/ calories but nothing is working.
-
Oh my gosh. That’s horrible. No, I’m definitely not doing it! Thank you for sharing and I’m sorry you experienced that ☹️
-
Yeah, I’ve definitely had a feel slip ups. Not perfect
-
I’ve changed it up a few times. Started with 2 pounds per week then switched to 1.5.
-
I told MFP to lose 1.5 per week

THANK YOU! finally, someone who tells it honestly how WW is now. This is why I got off WW.
-
I am in the same exact situation. I have lost a lot of weight with WW over the years, but since they changed their program it doesn't work. I did it for about 3 weeks and saw no change, then I switch to MFP and I have lost 8 pounds in 5 weeks or so. I think the new WW is meant to keep people on it for life. When they say…
-
Thanks for the info!!
-
Yes, it's a premium feature. You can choose to "turn it off"
-
I actually just went and entered my info in like you suggested and for a 1.5 pound loss per week with 30 min. of exercise 5 days a week it gave me 1,200 calories.
-
I chose the option to not eat back my calories that I exercised. Should I change that? Also, I just did what everyone suggested an plugged my info into MFP and it actually gave me 1,200 to lose 1.5 pounds per week with 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. So, I guess I should try that out?

@ I am weighing all my food on a scale.
