5'2"-5'3" ladies!
So what are yalls ideal weights? I'm between 5'2" and 5'3" and 20 years old. I started out around 160 and am now 118 but not sure what I should weigh. So just curious to see what others my height are shooting for!

Plateau?!
I'm 5'2"- 5'3" or so and I'm currently at 122. I have a lot of fat I can still lose around the stomach area and legs but for some reason I've been stuck at this weight for almost a month now. Any advice how to get past this plateau???

Losing weight with weights?
Can I still lose more weight if I begin to use kettle bell exercises everyday? I'm currently around 123 but my goal is 115 or so. 50 pounds and loose skin?
Started at 160. Currently at 123. Aiming for 110 potentially. I'm beginning to see a little loose skin on the stomach. Any spefic exercises or routines I can do daily to tighten the skin before it gets more loose?? Any advice welcome. This was my biggest fear at the start of my journey

Still chunky but not heavy??
I started losing weight about 5 months ago. I'm 5 3" and started around 160 -thanks college. Now I'm around 123-124. BUT...my stomach is still extremely fat and has rolls. I eat a low carb diet with tons of protein and most of my exercise is walking/jogging around campus or at the gym. Do I just need to drop more weight?…
