I started losing weight about 5 months ago. I'm 5 3" and started around 160 -thanks college. Now I'm around 123-124. BUT...my stomach is still extremely fat and has rolls. I eat a low carb diet with tons of protein and most of my exercise is walking/jogging around campus or at the gym. Do I just need to drop more weight? How can I get that flat stomach I want??

At your age & weight you're in the middle of normal weight. It's possible but unlikely that your stomach is "still extremely fat" and rolls, when sitting is normal.
Get a reliable, honest, friends opinion before and take that into account.
IMHO : If you do decide that you want to lose more fat, you should look into re-composition or muscle gain then fat loss rather than ploughing on with pure "fat loss" tactics.3 -
Congrats on the loss! Stomach fat is often the last to go. Ab/core exercises will help strengthen those muscles which usually results in a more appealing look.0
