Calories in cooked rice?
I keep seeing really different numbers when I try to log brown rice. I don’t know if it’s calculating it cooked or raw. But basically all I want to know is the total nutrition for half a cup of cooked brown rice. Carbs, fats, protein. Help! Lol!

How carefully should I log oil?
When cooking with oils does some of it cook off/evaporate? I usually marinade my 1 lb of chicken in half a tablespoon of olive oil, lemon & garlic. Do I need to log the oil as well?

So I tried using a crock pot for the first time last night. I seasoned my chicken breasts & put them in the crock pot with chicken stock & set it to low.
