I want to get more serious about tracking my macros. But how am I able to do that correctly on here since it gives you percentages & not actual macro numbers?

All foods have macro nutrients stated in grams.1

It'll give you the numbers also. Once you do your percentages go in to your daily log and hit nutrients at the bottom. That should give you your actual numbers also. You just can't set it up by numbers0

Right but I was looking for something that would calculate it for me as I add food to my diary.0 -
The upgrade allows you to put in exactly what you want your macros to be, in grams. On the goal setting page, there is tab and one is percentage and the other is grams. It works great and tells you how much of each you have left

You can view your daily macro goals and number of grams logged on both the web version and mobile apps without upgrading to Premium.
On the web version, go to FOOD > Food Diary. You can view up to 5 columns of nutrients, but you can change which ones to display in FOOD > Settings.
On the mobile app, go to Menu > Nutrition > Nutrients > Day View.1 -
Thanks so much!0
