I was in an accident last year, since than i have not been able to lose a single pound no matter how much i exercise or how healthy i eat, i was reading online and i found an article about how sometimes adrenilne can continue to run through your body and make it difficult to sleep and lose weight. what do you guys think?

Advice?
Iv been eating very good, mostley salad and veggies with some meat on the side. 1200 calories a day. Started losing weight, (10 pounds) and for no reason im gaining it back, i changed nothing, can stress really cause this, what the hell is going on.

I walk 6 miles every day and burn around 800 to 1000 calories a day, and eat 1,400 cal a day, how many calories should i eat to lose some weight? Is it safe to eat 1400 and burn 800 cal a day?

Does anyone else find that they have less of an apitite on cardio day? I find myself eating almost less that 1000 calories on cardio day and on strength days im more hungry

Not losing weight
I used to weigh a balanced 130 and im 5'7. But i got into a car accident , my jaw was broken I had emergency surgery and was barley eating for about 3 months but gained about 70 pounds and am compleatly unable to lose it, i have no energy, i am excersizing 3 times a week and cut my calories from 2000 down to 1200 or less a…
