Healthy snack ideas?
Im looking for creative or nice snacks. My goal is no added sugar (at most 1-2g per serving of natural sugar). I eat crackers, fruit, cheese, pistachios (cant eat other nuts), veggies like carrots and peapods. Getting quite predictable so looking for change! Someone suggested avocado toast, is that good? Haha

Hey, just wondering if anyone writes a daily diary outside of MFP about what they ate, exercise and how they felt that day etc? If so is it effective in achieving your goals?

Should I eat this?
So I've eaten clean and within my calories all week. My ultimate aim is no sugar which other than natural sugars in fruit I have achieved that goal for this week. Should I resist temptation tonight for going out with friends for wings and beer or should I stay on track? Helppppppp

Muscle soreness?
Has anyone got remedies for muscle soreness after a workout? I worked my arms and abs yesterday and my arms and chest area is soooo sore it hurts to just do things at work. Any solutions to reduce this? Dont wanna die at work tomorrow either

Is it bad to eat too much salad?
I work in a salad place where i spend about 2 of my meals a day. I'm constantly eating salad and some sort of protein whether its chicken, beef or shrimp. Is it bad to be eating it this much? I usually stick to veggies (tomatoes carrots cucumbers peppers etc) and a light greek type dressing or light balsamic.

Tips on weight loss?
Im trying to lose 30 pounds in 11 weeks which works out to about 3lbs a week. Any tips on how to lose weight fast but also a healthy way? I don't want any fads or anything but steady and fast loss

Getting back to it!
