Increased hunger?

I started working out last week. I work out every second day, trying to give my body time to recover. I've noticed, especially today, I can't stop eating. I'm so hungry. Is this normal? Just today alone I've had: vector cereal, soup and chicken salad, greek yogurt with blueberries and strawberries, peapods, grapes and a bag of chips and now I'm cooking chicken and rice. I'm just snacking all day and it seems like a lot! Usually im okay with three meals a day.

For some people, exercising spikes appetite. For others, it does the opposite.0
