MOTIVATE ME

I'm going to bed right now. The point of this post is for you guys to help me and leave motivational messages for me to wake up to and read in the aim of getting my butt to the gym!
My solid excuse would most likely be that i need a shower and theres no point showering to work out to shower and I can't work out without showering.

    If you don't feel like it, just commit to 10 minutes. You might want to continue when you get in the zone. And also think about how good you feel after and how proud of yourself you will be. And you can eat more calories when you're active. :)

    Think how good you will feel after the workout. Get up get in the shower do 10 minutes of your favourite machine. Bike? Elliptical? Treadmill? Jump rope? Or set timer for 10 mins and do 20 sit ups. 20 squats. 20 jumping jack for 10mins. You will have a great workout in 10mins!
