Getting back to it!

I had a good first week and managed to lose 3lbs! These past two days I've eaten nothing but crap food, not logged anything or worked out. I'm ready to get back on the horse but whats all of your motivation to keep at it? I really want to lose this weight!

    My biggest adversary to my healthy lifestyle was boredom and stress. I started attending gym classes every day to get into a new routine. The peer pressure keeps you coming back, and if you eat bad you will feel sluggish during the workout, so I got back to my diet. Also, something interesting I heard recently is this: The sum of the vices stays the same - even if you try to get rid of a bad habit it will be replaced by another. Just try being creative picking your replacement habit. For me that new habit was online flirtation instead of chocolate bars. ;)
