Just looking at it bothers me. Im 176lb trying to trim off the body fat but idk if my suggest calories are messed up and what exercises i should do to trim it off?
Is it more benefitial to workout whenever i can in a day or to workout on a specific time schedule in a day?
When it comes to homemade foods should i describe all ingredients or go off the entry mfp has?
Does anyone know how mfp get the caloric limit you're suppost to follow?
Im on a 1,865 cal limit and sometimes i noticed that i filled up my macros way to early in the day but my cal intake isnt maxed to the recommended yet. Im guessing its the food i eat but im not sure. Since im in a caloric diet how important should i take filling my macros properly or does it not mater as much in this diet?…
How bad is it to eat over the needed macro given to you? Is There a way to burn those and eat thos macros back?
Ok so i understand that i need to try to at least get close to my caloric goal, but when i burn calories do i just eat those back to get closer to the limit?
