Im on a 1,865 cal limit and sometimes i noticed that i filled up my macros way to early in the day but my cal intake isnt maxed to the recommended yet. Im guessing its the food i eat but im not sure. Since im in a caloric diet how important should i take filling my macros properly or does it not mater as much in this diet? Also, i heard its not necessary to exersize on this diet but if it is, what benefit does exersizing give as to the diet

All calories are made up of macro nutrients...carbs, fats, protein. It's not possible to hit your macros but not calories...unless you are drinking alcohol and not tracking.

If all your macros are filled up and you still have significant calories left, you are probably using some bad entries in the database. Regardless, for Weight loss calories are king. Different macros are filling for different people, and they are necessary for different body functions, so if you are always short of a specific macro you might want to find a way to fix that. Plenty of folks ignore their macros and lose weight just fine.

Exercise buys you more calories to eat, and can improve your body shape and musculature. It's also great for energy and mood. But you can lose weight without it if you really want to.

You can never "fill up" all of your macros because they are not an absolute number, just a % of what you have eaten in terms of protein, carbs & fat; the % of protein, carbs and fat will vary based on what you have eaten and will always total 100% regardless of how much or little you eat.

The only thing that you can "fill up" (or exceed) are calories which is a fixed number. If any macro is too high and you still have cals available, just eat something w/o (or with fewer of) that macro and the % for that macro will drop. You csn adjust each macro accordingly.

Are you meaning macros in grams or percentages?

If grams, and you use them up before you reach your calories goal, you're using bad entries like has been suggested already.

If percentages, these just tally up all day according to what you've eaten.

Id personally go by grams rather than percentages... Percentages don't mean much as you can eat a certain percentage breakdown whether you're in a deficit, surplus or surplus or at maintenance.

This is an excellent post that hits on the most likely issue in the first sentence.
