How bad is it to eat over the needed macro given to you? Is There a way to burn those and eat thos macros back?

You don't have to exercise. If you used MFP for your 1,860 calorie goal, exercise was not included. So if you choose to add exercise you earn more calories. Keep in mind calorie burns are estimates and can be hard to pin down. Many users start by eating back 50%......then adjust up or down after several weeks depending on actual results.

Exercise makes for healthier weight loss. Strength training (not a big calorie burner) helps you retain more lean muscle mass and is good for your bones. Cardio is great for your heart. So many benefits to exercise.....calorie burn is just a small perk.

By earning more calories you mean extra calories to use/eat right?

If you're over 1 or 2 of your macros and still within your calories, you're fine. Many people actually look at the fat and protein goals as minimums to reach rather than limits.

I immediately changed the macros that they gave me because I knew by looking at it that the fat and protein are too low for me and the carbs were too high. You don't have to eat the macros that are preset.

I was just wondering this. I go over my carbs and sodium every single day.
