Up and down on again off again
It has been a long drawn out road of on again off again diet and exercise. Every time I get ON it does not take time before I see changes. Oct./Nov. 2017 i was ON the going to the gym at least 6 times a week and logging all my intake and I was able to get myself from 227lbs down to 210lbs. I am 5'10" 51yo male by the way.…

I could work out all week and eat healthy to lose 1lb. Walk by a Cinnabon and take a deep breath of the heavenly smell and BAAAM gained 2lbs from a contact high.

At least on mine it tells me "if every day was like today" you'd weigh ??? in 5 weeks. Has anyone met this goal by staying on track logging foods? Example: mine says for today I would weigh 206.2lbs in 5 weeks. I currently weigh about 212lbs.
