Health food is coming to a store near me....
Living in Thailand, my shopping options are severely limited compared to EU/US, but new products do pup up now and then. So I just saw Pea protein and Quinoa protein powder. I have been buying bags of what I believed to be yellow split peas. They were labeled yellow bean (translated from Thai), and according to my wife, they were definitely not soybeans. However, in another store I found what looks exactly the same, which is labeled split soybean (in both English and Thai). Do these two…

Overnight oats - tofu or protein powder for protein boost?
I wanted to add some protein to my overnight oats, so was thinking of tofu (tofu noob here). But since probably only silken tofu is suitable for that, which is relatively low on protein, are there any advantages to tofu over just adding some protein powder? Price pr gram of protein is about the same.

Peanut sprouts calorie
Last night, over the course of the evening, I was eating a bag of 500g fresh fully sprouted peanuts, convinced it was a fine low calorie snack. The only entry I can in the food database (despite thorough searching) is this https://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/generic-sprouted-peanuts-415115069?v2=false# In which case…
